Cancellation policy: All fees are non-refundable. We understand that sometimes things are out of our control, but our classes and appointments are semi-private, or private one on one so it is essential that clients make their scheduled class/appointment and are on time because that time is reserved just for you. In the event, a change needs to be made we ask that clients call, email, or text at least 2 days prior to their scheduled time. If contacting us at least 2 days prior to the appointment time we will allow you to switch to a different class date for semi private classes, and for private classes will offer you at least three days/times for the make up class. If we cannot accommodate the reschedule we do not offer refunds because the original time was scheduled just for you, and we often cannot schedule someone else in your place at the last minute.
Participant Illness: In the event you become ill and are enrolled in our small/semi-private class please notify us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to get you into the next available group class date. In the event we do not have another group class date before your due date you will have the option of taking a private virtual class for a fee of $20. In the event you have a private class or appointment scheduled we ask that you contact us at least two hours prior to the start time. When this is done we will offer your at least three options for rescheduling on a different date. To contact us please call Michelle at 414-378-9524 (if she does not answer leave a message).
Early Arrival of Baby: In the event your baby comes before your class occurs you can gift your class to another individual, but refunds will not be given. We ask that you plan classes accordingly.
No Show/No Call: In the event of a no-show/no call/late call all monies will be forfeited and additional class dates will not be offered. If you cannot attend your class please call Michelle at 414-378-9524 (if she doesn’t answer leave a message). Your call must be made prior to the start time of your class for group classes (private classes/appointments the call must be made at least two hours prior to the start time). If the call is made we will make every effort to get you placed into the next available class date that is already scheduled. In the event this class date is past your due date then you will have the option of take a private virtual class for a fee of $20.
Late for private classes or appointments: If you have a private class or appointment scheduled and are more than 15 minutes late there will be a $20 fee assessed in order to proceed with the class for that day and to accommodate the instructor staying later to complete the class. Please note this fee is expected prior to proceeding. In the event you do not want to pay this fee the class will be cancelled and all monies paid will be forfeited.
Instructor Illness: In the event of illness on the part of your educator class will be cancelled to reduce the spread of the illness, and families will be given at least three days to choose from for rescheduling.
Severe Weather and/or Snow: In the event severe weather, snow, sleet, severe rain, tornado warnings and/or watches, etc are predicted we may need to cancel class and reschedule it. If you are unsure check your email for communications from us, and check the TMJ4 or FOX6NOW weather closings page. We will offer you at least three days to choose from for rescheduling.
Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event we need to cancel class due to unforeseen circumstances we will offer you at least three days to choose from for rescheduling.
We recommend when scheduling classes you do so early enough in your pregnancy to accommodate any unforeseen circumstances. When families do not leave enough lead time between the dates of their classes and their due dates we cannot guarantee to get them all in, and refunds are not given. We make every effort to run classes as scheduled, but we also do not want our educator spreading illness, families driving in bad weather, etc. Your safety and the safety of our educator is very important to us.

If you are not vaccinated we recommend wearing a mask throughout class. Your educator is vaccinated and has had her booster. In group classes, each family will make the choice to mask or not mask based upon their personal preferences. If you are concerned please consider a private class.
Private Classes: If you are concerned and would like your educator to wear a mask please ask her, but this will also mean you MUST wear a mask over your nose and mouth at all times as well.
